“I didn't find anything wrong with my experience in Dyersville, Iowa.”

“Nice clean rooms and a great atmosphere.Great place to bring the family pets and relax with friends and family. Hope to be able to return again soon.”

“We just wrapped up a weeklong stay at Timberside and we could not have asked for a better host and property. We came with our youth travel baseball team and Timberside was more than we could have hoped for. The bunk room accommodated our players and the other rooms were perfect for the coaches. The kids had an amazing time exploring the property’s ponds and trails, playing wiffle ball in their off time, and ending the days with a friendly (yet competitive) game of basketball on the basketball...

“Nice place but a little bare compared to friends staying in the same complex. There are no added frills or extras for comparable pricing. Bed is comfortable.”

“The apartment way just as advertised. It is a unique apartment that my family enjoyed. All our needs were met with kitchen utensils and linens for the bathroom and bedrooms. We would stay here again if in the area.”

“Great property! Super clean and centrally located:)”

“We came to the area to visit the Field of Dreams movie site and for the All-Star game. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay. The location was amazing and property was beautiful and as described. The extra amenities available for our group were so fun and utilized by everyone, Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Property is clean and well maintained, and the property managers are friendly and great at communication.”

“Lovely older home is beautifully renovated. More than enough room for our family of 9. Everything and more than you could need is provided. The pool is a real bonus. Location is wonderful within easy walking distance to downtown. Host was very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this property if you’re in the area.”

If you are planning a trip to Backbone State Park, this home is perfect, as it is just a short drive from the park entrance. However, we did notice a few details regarding the sleeping arrangements:Master Bedroom: The mattress is comfortable but the frame is quite squeaky. A single quiet sleeper will be fine, but multiple people may find their sleep...

“Great place!”

“What a great time! Our family enjoyed all the amenities that the property offered; foosball showdowns at least twice daily, music with a great ambience of the screened in porch, fire pit, grilling, coffee on the deck near the river, fishing nearby, friendly neighbor ducks and dogs. The cabins were easily accessible and very clean. Alex made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. And he made it known to reach out if we needed anything and was very quick at responding to...
